Product Description

The filter is composed of an upper cover, a shell, a paper filter element and a bypass valve. The upper cover has an oil inlet and outlet, and is assembled with a fixed rod and a shell, sealed by a sealing ring. The rod is covered with a paper filter element, which is divided into two layers inside and outside. The outer filter element is composed of a corrugated microporous paper, and the inner core is a wire woven filter screen. When working, the oil is filtered into the main oil passage through two layers of filter elements inside and outside. The filter element is topped on the top cover by the elastic force of the spring, and the sealing ring keeps the inner and outer ends of the filter element sealed. On the oil inlet side of the bypass valve, when the filter element is blocked and the resistance is too large (the pressure of the oil inlet and outlet exceeds 150-180Kpa), the oil top open ball valve directly enters the main oil passage.
